1. How do you get my information?

Our Auditing department performs preliminary audits on homes that were sold at the foreclosure auction to identify individuals and families that may be owed money. We utilize public records to locate and to reach out to these individuals and families via phone, text, email, or direct mail.

2. How long will this process take?

This depends on the state’s caseload. It can take 90 days to 180 days in some cases. We will keep you informed every 30-90 days based upon the states response.

3. Is this process expensive?

How much will it cost me?

Nothing. We handle all of the heavy lifting. There are no upfront costs. Once the claim approved and processed by the state we have a 10% consultant fees that comes directly to us from the state. You will receive a check for the remaining balance of he claim.

4. What do I have to do?

All you have to do is allow us to sign and agreement to allow us to claim the funds on your behalf. You will get the check directly from the state agency. It will not come to us.

5. What if the rightful heir is a minor?

In some cases, the rightful heir that is owed the funds is under the age of 18. Our legal staff is equipped at helping the caretaker of the minor become a legal guardian and establishing a Power of Attorney over the minor heir to be able to sign on their behalf so the funds can be released to the family.

6. Do I have to pick up the check?

No, the state agency mails the check directly to you.

7. How did you get my information?
The information is public records for those persons that have unclaimed funds
with the state.

8. What is a virtual signing?
It is a process where you schedule a zoom call with one of our team members.
Have a copy of the claim paperwork and State ID visible on camera, sign the
documents in ink and return them to our agency in the self-address envelope
provided. We will notarize the documents and send them off to the state agency.
This process takes less than 15 minutes.

9. What do you need from me?

Documents that show you are the rightful owner or beneficiary of the funds. We
will request paperwork or documents specific to your claim AND a testimony or
video once you receive your check
